This company's customer service is impeccable from the dispatchers to the technicians. Nicole was very courteous and understood my dilemma. She was able to schedule me a same day appointment with Ryan who was very personable. Ryan was able to repair my door expeditiously. I will definitely contact Overhead Door for future services.
We've used Overhead Door twice and are very happy with their service. This time I reported my issue and requested a service call through their website. They called the next morning before I'd had my first cup of coffee! The technician, Chad, was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and gave me several options. He mentioned their warranty when I told him they had serviced the same door a couple years before (it's the original Overhead Door installed in 2004). This was a different issue, but he was quick and honored the coupon I had found online with an even better one! We are up and running again in less than 24 hrs thanks to Overhead Door and Chad.

Our garage door springs broke earlier this week, and after nearly a decade in our home, it wasn't surprising that they needed attention. I called a few local repair companies, but their estimates were beyond our budget, with some even insisting the entire door needed replacing. Thankfully, a friend recommended Ryan Byrd with Overhead Door. I called yesterday morning, and Ryan arrived within a couple of hours. He assessed the situation, converted our old spring system, and made the necessary repairs without pushing any unnecessary services. The entire process was efficient, professional, and reasonably priced, with a 5-year warranty on all parts. Excellent service all around!

Chad Clark called and arrived early in the appointment window time to repair our broken garage door. Three out of five hinges were torn out of the lowest door section. Chad explained our options for the obsolete designed door. We choose to have it repaired. We also had him install a new exterior keypad. Chad made quick work of the two tasks and he was ready to leave in less than 30 minutes.

UPDATE:
On 6-3-2024 Overhead Door responded to my call for service after a recent unrelated visit for a broken door repair.
An encore visit from Chad Clark provided an expert diagnosis and replacement of faulty sensor wiring to our door opener. He also replaced a leaking capacitor.
The whole job took under an hour, and we are back to normal again!
