Looks great, but customer service after installation was terrible. The fence looked good in the end and they accommodated me on a change that I felt was needed. They did break my neighbor’s raised bed and communication to get it resolved was horrible. I had to constantly follow up and in the end, I never got a final response. The neighbor called K&K and shared that their Ring camera captured what happened and K&K didn’t give the neighbor any troubles, just asked where to send the check. Unlike me, the paying customer, the neighbor got an immediate action. I only know that the issue was resolved because the neighbor told me.
Your driver rear ended me totaled my vehicle laughing he pushed my vehicle until it was perpendicular to traffic then hit it again. We were going less than 5 mph. This should be criminal your driver was found at fault!!!!

There is a water treatment plant next door to me in Bloomfield. Estates and we are only renters, but we are responsible for taking care of the property, of course. Today the k and k fencing crew were next door putting a privacy fence Around the water treatment plant. My husband is out of town as well as my adult son, so I was Mowing in the back 40 With my john deer. We've had many floods lately. And I got the mower stuck around a tree stump groove and couldn't get it out. The k and k fencing guys were just getting ready to leave. Because I don't know my neighbors. I asked them if they could assist me getting my mower unstuck. Every single person on the crew walked way into my backyard and got me unstuck, what a blessing. Super nice guys and the fence looks great, too.

Excellent service. I called K&K as a DIYer looking for a good outfit to sit down and discuss options with. Kevin helped me through every question and detail I needed to be fully satisfied with my fence. I would come back to this company again in a heart beat and recommend to any DIYer or company out there. Thanks.

I have used K and K Fence at four homes. This one was one of the biggest jobs. They are very professional and pay very close attention to details. They also were very responsive after some storms knocked out parts of the fence.
