Customer service agent on the phone had no clue what I was even talking about and didn't try to find out
Front Counter staff is great. But every time I send an order In advance there are items missing that weren’t out of stock. And it’s pretty evenly spread between being the warehouse staffs fault and the person who entered the order. Perpetually short staffed. I’ve waited half an hour just to get to the will call counter to pick up an order.

This is a large supplier primarily for commercial and business customers but they are open to the public, you can buy supplies in bulk here for electronic projects.

I requested a lighting quote for our church, I had waited for almost two weeks, when I called them they said the company who make the light need to comes and look it our building to make sure it can hold it. If I don’t ask, they won’t call me or respond and I will be waiting them forever. If you are work with them, be prepared to wait their responses forever.

Good choice in electrical & data supplies. Closes at 4 pm, which is a problem if you're in a bind in getting something same day.
