Aardvark was hired by my buyer client to do an inspection on his potential new home. Jake Morgan was extremely knowledgeable, prompt, and thorough. We received the inspection report the same day. Highly recommend!

David Gebert did our inspection and he was very thorough. He found several things that I didn't noticeand I believe myself to be very picky. He is also very knowledgeable about home building and the building codes. I know he has been doing this job for many years so experience is also on his side. I would highly recommend him to anyone and will not hesitant to use him again if I buy another home.

Brock was amazing. He was so thorough and he went above and beyond to explain everything to us, which was a Godsend, as we are first time home buyers. We felt so well informed on our house and so well educated on what to look for in the future! Can’t recommend him enough!!

Cory was our inspector and he was great. He was very professional and thorough with his inspection. From the big things to the small simple fixes, it was all in the report. He was willing to answer our questions and allowed my husband to be present during the inspection. We highly recommend Aardvark.

Our inspector, Brock, was very friendly and thorough. He walked us through the house and showed us what needed to be fixed and he answered all of our questions. He provided the report to us less than 24 hours and had very detailed images of everything for future reference. We had a wonderful experience with Aardvark! If you are in need of a home inspection this company is by far the best! Thank you!
