His report was very detailed and professional, explaining both why something made the report and how to go about fixing it if possible. I really like their categorization on the report showing issues that were For Our Information, Needs repaired at some point, & Needs immediate attention. They also made us a really nice binder with a variety of information surrounding home selling, purchase, and general ownership. I would highly recommend their service and Steve as an inspector specifically.
