Do not use this company. I will also be posting to the local groups that I am in on Facebook to let people be aware of how rude this company is!! They delete reviews that are negative as well. They repeatedly told a client of mine to shut up then hung up on them when we were only trying to figure out if they use strong chemicals for heavily soiled carpet. They the lie and say that things that did in fact happened did not. Please whatever you do. Go somewhere else. This is not the company you want in your homes. Just read how they reply to reviews instead of trying to make things right. It is sad that someone so mean can even have a business
Exceptional Service and Expertise - Elite Clean Steamers Deserves 5 Stars!
I am writing this review to give a well-deserved shoutout to Elite Clean Steamers and their outstanding operations manager, Dwayne. I am genuinely baffled by the lack of respect some customers show towards this honest and professional individual. For the past four years, Dwayne has been cleaning my carpets on a quarterly basis, and I must say, there is no other company in Indianapolis or the surrounding areas that can match their expertise in this industry.
One of the things that sets Elite Clean Steamers apart is their certification by the IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification) for carpet cleaning and several other specialties. It's evident that they follow the guidelines for carpet cleaning meticulously, taking all the necessary steps to ensure a thorough and effective cleaning process. This is in stark contrast to companies like Stanley Steamer, which often resort to simply laying down water and sucking it up without providing a comprehensive cleaning service.
What impresses me most about Elite Clean Steamers is their pride in what they do and the principles they stand for. It is these qualities that have allowed them to maintain their position in the industry while other companies have come and gone. Dwayne and his team are committed to delivering exceptional service, and it shows in the results they achieve.
I find it disheartening to see customers harassing this company, especially when they are given honest advice about stains, carpet care, and other related matters. I have personally witnessed Dwayne being extremely helpful when a competitor called him seeking advice. Unfortunately, the competitor retaliated by leaving a negative review, simply because Dwayne's knowledge and expertise made them look bad in front of the customer. It's truly unfortunate that some individuals resort to such unprofessional behavior.
In my opinion, Elite Clean Steamers deserves nothing less than a 5-star rating. Their commitment to excellence, adherence to industry standards, and unwavering principles make them the top choice for anyone in need of carpet cleaning services. I highly recommend them to everyone in the Indianapolis area or beyond. You won't be disappointed with the results and the level of professionalism you'll experience.
Kudos to Elite Clean Steamers and Dwayne for their outstanding service and expertise! Keep up the fantastic work!

Scheduled carpet cleaning. Service man couldn’t understand any English. I do literally mean he couldn’t understand anything so he had to call his boss to translate. I spoke with his boss on the phone and he was very unprofessional and said he couldn’t provide services because we asked that they clean under our beds as well. He said to go to another company. So disappointed. We spent all morning emptying our rooms and cleaning. We’ve had Stanley steamers out numerous times and they have always cleaned under the beds so we just wanted to confirm elite would do the same. We ended up calling Stanley out and they were cheaper and are always amazing. Not sure how we had such a bad experience with such a highly rated company.
