Broad Ripple Service Experts replaced a waterline to our refrigerator which brought it up to code. Derek Hawkins and apprentice Christian completed the service. Although I was expecting to get only a quote for the job, Derek told us he could do it right then. He explained everything in detail before starting and gave updates as needed. Both Derek and Christian were pleasant, courteous, and good about wearing booties in our home and cleaning up after the job. Derek offered to check out any other plumbing issues we may have had - fortunately didn’t have any. Would definitely request Derek, and Christian if working as a team, for future plumbing issues.

The broad Ripple install crew of:James, Zach & Bryce were excellent. they removed my old Furnace and A/C unit very fast , and installed the new units with efficiency and in a timely manner . ALL three was very professional and polite. Im glad i chose Broad Ripple Heating and Cooling i have nothing but good experiences with this company!

We’ve been working with Broad Ripple Service Experts for years, initially installing our furnace/ac with them and eventually installing a water heater with them. We are on their service plan for both items and would highly recommend doing so as it provides peace of mind that our products are functioning as expected and will help with their longevity due to the regular maintenance.
We always have kind and helpful technicians, but I really appreciated today’s service from Curran Roberts. He was kind, quick, and knowledgeable, and even answered some questions that I had about a new home that we are considering purchasing.
We will definitely continue working with them if we make the move to a new home and I would recommend them if you are in the market for these type of products or services.

Second time they've come out in a matter of months. Cleared tree roots out of my sewer pipe. Best price I was given. The technician, Josh, is friendly polite and knows his business. I won't hesitate to call them out if I need plumbing g work again.

Had my unit replaced a couple years ago and did a full system replacement with dual zone setup. Since then service has been amazing. Had my 2 year service checkup and Joel was amazing. He took photos of everything he check and did. Explained it all so I knew how my system was doing. Will only use this company as long as I am in central Indiana.

We are long time customers of Broad Ripple service experts. We called to get help with our air conditioner. They sent us Jonathan Woodard. He was an exceptional, professional,knowledgeable and down to earth young man. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it. We are so grateful to him. Will definitely ask for him in the future.
