I cannot praise Darnell, Ed and Daniel enough! Excellence across the board! What began as a blower replacement turned into an entire gas furnace replacement, due to a faulty heat defuser.... I called late in the day on Friday, Darnell came right over, returned Saturday morning for the blower and to service the unit. That's when we found the potentially deadly issue... He gave me a price and was here Monday morning before promised to Install the new unit! Y'all, please please please, get your units serviced regularly, it's a small price to pay soo issues can be resolved before they escalate, they even have a package for that! I wish I'd had called them in March when I bought the house, but since things were working, I did other projects instead.... Darnell, thank you soo much for your diligence and on time service, you sir, are one in a million! I look forward to years of working with you!
