Stay away from these guys. Water heater leaking and needs replaced. Called before 9am Friday morning, i was given a 11:30-1 appointment time. 4 follow up calls in and told still coming just running behind. On the 5th call they cancel and reschedule for Sat. Guy who shows up Saturday is not even authorized to install or give prices for a replacement unit. Tells me a supervisor has to call me. Five hours later and supervisor now cannot call until Tuesday. Now headed into Raceday Sunday and Memorial Day and have to use another carrier and pay a premium due to the utter incompetence of the Complete Comfort group. The worst part of this is i pay a monthly fee to them to be a “premium” member. They handled my situation poorly and forced me to sit around two days waiting for help that never came.
Edit - i had another company handle install. I did hear from Cara the customer service manager the following Tuesday. She was very apologetic and professional. She offered me a free year of inspections approx $240 value. Given i had another company install, this was the only recourse i had. I appreciated the offer and she assured me feedback would be provided over my incident. Not changing rating due to extreme aggravation with situation , but wanted to acknowledge that they did reach out. Prior experience was good until this issue.
We had a long series of post installation issues on a newly installed HVAC system for my home. Cara and Alex on the customer service team made sure to get crews to my home to fix the multiple problems. The installation did not go well for a variety of reasons for shared responsibilities between the installer and the manufacturer. However, all teams since then have been very willing to solve the problem as stated including Cara and Alex and maintenance tech - Andrew.

Prompt service by the contractor and supervision. Alex Ayres was particularly helpful in troubleshooting and resolving my issues and concerns. Will definitely seek their contractor services again.

The website advertises honest upfront pricing. I asked a simple question, what do you charge per pound to fill my mini split with R410-A? Assuming nothing is wrong, I asked a simple pricing question and they refused to provide pricing over the phone and kept prodding me into to scheduling a visit from one of their technicians.

Even though I didn't go with Complete Comfort they were very friendly, polite, and clean. Took all the time I needed to get the info I needed. They even said if I have questions after another company does the work to feel free to give them a call and they will try to help me.

Chris H was very helpful checking out my sump pump alarm, it ended being a battery issue which resulted in no charge from Complete Comfort. Great service!

I hired them to do a four plex for me thinking I would be dealing with a reliable and professional company. It’s been 3-4months since work was started and they haven’t been able to get it together. I’m an out state owner, pregnant having to deal with this unnecessary stress. I have to call numerous times until I showed up to actually have something started. Definitely not good business not customer service. Hopefully they can manage to finish my project since it’s been paid for already.

Alex came out to our church (Emmanuel). He was courteous and very helpful. He tested our water, reviewed additional equipment and gave me some helpful suggestions on making improvements.
