I had a wonderful experience with them. Initially I called another company they came out after about an hour wait just to arrive and do the work to say they aren’t able to make a key for my vehicle. I reached out to 317 locksmith, they arrived in 15 minutes and were able to make the key on the spot. I was charged what I was quoted on the phone and was a great experience over all. Would highly recommend them!

It seems like they are able to somehow remove some bad/negative reviews. I left a negative but professional review a few months ago. I simply stated the experience I had and did not use any profanity whatsoever. When I used this service the person that came out to unlock my vehicle was extremely unprofessional and rude. I locked my keys in my car when I was getting gas. When the guy arrived he was smoking a cigarette right next to the gas pump. As a nonsmoker I didn't appreciate him smoking right next to me during the job. Plus its super dangerous to smoke at a gas station! Then he threw his cigarette on the ground when there was a trash can right next to us! Additionally he treated me like I was stupid and talked over me to my husband even though I was standing right there and I was the one paying for the service... All in all it was a very upsetting experience. I would recommend you find a different business.

Extremely disappointed with their service wrong quotes, misbehaved with my customers at the salon yelling and screaming at us and trying to kick us out once he opened the door when their was customers inside and demanded to pay him with zelle or Venmo he wouldn’t let us call his company or let us pay by card I think this guy is a big scam to this company so impatient when I told him that I will pay him by card as soon as I’m done with my customer and he threatened to call police on us and he said pay me right now or else get out of the door and I will lock you out again my customers and I were waiting for this guy to open our salon door and I let my customers go inside and this technician was unprofessional, aggressive, impatient and gave me a quote for damaged lock when he just Opened the door with his tool and he said that there was no damage done.
