Randy was the first locksmith I used at my first house 20+ years ago, and he's still the one I call today. Always courteous and respectful, he arrives promptly and gets the job done quickly. All for a reasonable price. Thanks Randy!

Randy was amazing! Super nice guy and so funny too! Lol. He went above and beyond, even let us know there were nails and screws in our new houses driveway from the contractors. Saved me from a flat tire! Also taught me how to change them myself if needed, but of course I would call him instead! Super knowledgeable and quick!

I was able to go to him which saved me a service call fee. Extremely affordable, very knowledgeable and honest. Randy is quirky with a great sense of humor. He will be my goto locksmith from here on out. Thank you so much for your time!

Looking for someone to program my truck remote, seen Randy’s service was highly recommended so I thought I’d call to see what his schedule was like. As I always do when calling anyone for service, I introduced myself and asked how he was doing? His response was, “well, it quarter to five, been a long day, what is it he can do for me (with an attitude that of having to possibly work longer).? I wanted to schedule a time later in the week to get my remote done, but attitudes doesn’t get my money!
I suggest he look at every customer that calls as a potential client and shake the attitude! As I told him I don’t appreciate the attitude, I’ll take my business elsewhere!
Not a businessman in my book!
Update: Found a Batteries Plus in Lafayette that did it for $75. That’s the best lace to go!!
