I'm the purchasing manager at my company and called for a specific part that I knew had scarce availability. The rep on the phone informed me that they didn't have it but then went out of his way to not only tell me about similar parts but also the part numbers that made up the item I needed in case I would call around and could ask for those. FANTASTIC customer service above and beyond the call of duty. He even emailed me the parts so I could have a record. Will gladly work with this company on the next opportunity.

Awesome customer service by the person-in-charge when we went there -- Cassandra :) sweet plus professional plus local plus capable .. now how cool is that. Solid stock plus inviting but I'd prefer a low-waste energy store that's avante garde in that capacity .. hard but trailblazer when all other light fixture stores are wasteful with lights on and dazzling in looks
