We needed some major repairs done in our basement. The team at Mr. Rooter were patient with all of our questions and gave multiple options along the way. It was a comfortable process with everyone's professionalism and being approachable from the folks that answered the phone, whomever sent text messages back and forth with us, and the technicians who came on multiple trips.
Mr. Rooter was amazing working with us on our sewer issues. Thom led a crew to help us install outside clean outs but unfortunately the rest of the pipe had collapsed and we decided to implement our sewer insurance with the city to finish the job. I'm so grateful for the care and initiative that Mr. Rooter took for helping us navigate our challenges and keeping us informed the whole way. I only wish the billing were a bit more affordable, though I understand covid has made every industry a bit higher due to inflation & costs rising.

They knew what they were doing and made sure to clean up their mess. Very professional! The only complaint I had was the price but I’m a tightwad lol

Noteworthy professionalism, exceptional interaction, explanation of problem, possible solutions, and direct, upfront presentations of estimates. Surprisingly efficient work, too, did not waste any time.

Tom called in the morning and told us when he and his crew would be here. He kept us informed about our problem. Our problem was more extensive than originally thought. He worked up a new quote so we could make a decision on if we wanted them to continue. The men had a great work ethic. They cleaned everything up before they left. They exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend them again. Infact we have another issue in another area. We have asked them to do the work.

Emily from Rotor Rooter is very knowledgeable,prompt,courteous respectful and very helpful.
I had several surprises as far as work that needed to be done but I appreciate the options given to me to decide the best way to go and that the work being done is very thorough and professional
The only issue I had was with the call center on Sunday when I called I talked to "Ben" and he took all my information & said someone would call me back from the field. I waited 6 hours with no return call. I contacted the call center again & talked to "Tamika" & was told they close at 2 pm on Sundays so we arranged for Monday
When they came out to the home I was told the are open on Sundays
Please train the call center ! Otherwise, I would highly recommend Rotor Rooter

Called them out last Saturday to take a look at a backed up tub. I had done the typical draino and hair snake and couldn’t get it. They showed up, took one look at the tub and said they needed to scope my clean outs and it would be $500 plus dollars. I needed to get it fixed so I agreed. 2 hours later I had a quote for $6000 plus dollars to redo some pipes in my house, a new tub trap, scrub out my clean out and a few other things to just get my tub to drain. I declined and got a second opinion.
The second company was here for 15 minutes, removed the drain cover on the tub and snaked the tub drain, Mr. Rooter never even touched my drain which was my only complaint, and had me up and going at zero cost. After showing them the quote from Mr. Rooter, they laughed and didn’t charge me. I tipped the individual, said thank you, and booked a proactive cleaning with them.
If you want to be drastically upsold, your complaint never even looked at, and charged a small fortune for services, contact these guys. You won’t be disappointed.

Thom and Curtis were friendly and professional. I appreciated their patience with all my questions. They explained everything in an easy way. I'm glad I called them, and will recommend them to anyone in need. I also want to add, how nice it was that they cleaned up the work area! Thank you fellas!
