If you are looking for expensive and shoddy work and materials, Richard's is your place. We had Richard's remodel our master bathroom years ago. We were never happy with the workmanship (including visibly caulking an insect), and now that we need to have it all redone by an actual professional contractor who is doing the job right, we realize just how terrible the job was. The owner thought the work done at our home was "a beautiful job." We agreed to disagree. I recommend skipping Richards and going with a reputable professional who will do the job right.

I recently redid the vanities and shower in my bathrooms, and Monica was super helpful. She helped me pick out designs that matched and everything looks great. The installation guys were very professional and got all the work done quickly and effectively, even fixing some issues I didn't know existed till the old walls got tore out. The only issue was a misunderstanding with the shower door handles, but Monica corrected it quickly and at no extra charge. I highly recommend this company for anyone looking to do remodels and will be contracting them again myself for future projects.

From start to finish, the process was seamless. The project required removing existing garden corner tub and installing a standard tub with whirlpool option. Simply started with a phone call and Monica was eager to see the challenge immediately. She requested an in home consultation the following day and her design shortly after was spot on. They stated they would start on a specific day and they delivered. Highly recommend using this company. They stand behind their work and the results were above expectations.

My wife and I were in the market for a Kitchen remodel. After hearing about Richards reputation we called out Greg Rawson to inspect and design a new kitchen for our home. The experience was wonderful. Greg and his crew were increbily patient and professional helping us through such a big project.
