Knee's Electric came out to give us advice on several areas in our house. Garth was very informative. With his help, we are moving forward with two new circuit panels !! Moving into the 21st century. He was very competent, changed out 5 outlets. Was honest about the ceiling lights I wanted installed. They were for a wall. Oops !!
Very educational morning !!
Today was the day !! The crew took us from the 70's into 2024. Of course, there were surprises along the way. The guys took their time and did quality work. Thanks Knee's !!
I wish I would have gotten the names of the young men that installed our generator because they were exemplary!!! They worked together as a team when they came across a couple hurdles and did what needed to be done. We had a terrible rain storm in the middle of them working. There were drenched and muddy but kept great spirit. I really cannot say enough about them! They deserve raises or at least a big bonus! Thank you for everything today! Service was excellent!

I had a very good experience with the customer service and the tech that came out and took a look at what the issue was with my electrical system. Garth Miller was the tech that came out and he explained everything very well and made sure any questions I had were answered and layed out my options very plainly so I could take my time and weigh my options. I would definitely have him come out again.

Garth was very knowledgeable and professional. He covered everything so well we had very few questions. If the generator install goes as smoothly as the initial visit we will be very impressed.

They were quick to come out. They were professional and good to interact with. I highly recommend them. They did a really good job on our panel upgrade and running power out back for an out building.

We had a difficult electrical problem to diagnose & fix. Matt stayed with it & fixed the problem. He was very courteous and efficient. Would gladly call Knee Electric for any type of electric problem. An A1 company to get the job done.

KNEE'S to the rescue! We had a puzzling situation with our electrical service panel following repetitive, closely-placed power outages in our neighborhood. A circuit breaker I had purposely turned off was now back on. I did not recall switching the breaker back on. I worried something weird had happened during the neighborhood electrical events and power outages. Electrician Garth from Knees Electrical Service took the history of our dilemma, then checked all possible involved electrical components. Fortunately, the power outages and the problem weren't related. He capped the wires to the breaker that I wanted off, to avoid recurrence. Human error was likely the "faulty component." That most likely means ME. As busy as things have been recently, I am definitely suspect. Garth said that about half of his service calls are to restore peace of mind to customers about electrical safety in their homes. I belong in that category regarding this call today. I'm grateful for KNEES' professional and timely help. Sound sleep is well worth the price of a service call. And it's always been such good, reliable service. My thanks to Garth and to KNEES.

This is my third or fourth time Garth has had to come to my home to complete repairs due to problems coming up during renovations. He's always professional and personable. He keeps finishes protected and clean. I have additional jobs scheduled with them in the coming weeks and highly recommend them to anyone needing electrical work.

During a home inspection we found an improper setup for our AC unit. Knee’s electric explained what was going on and detailed how they’d fix it. They then promptly fixed the issue for me, and were friendly enough to answer some other questions I had around the house. I was really impressed with their quality of service and friendliness!
