C&C is simply awesome! Their staff provide excellent service and are always prompt, courteous and FAST. They are also always accommodating and willing to work around my busy travel schedule. Their deep cleaning services and standard housekeeping fees are a deal for the service you get. I promise you wont be disappointed!
My experience is based on a single cleaning for a move-in. I had received many quotes and C&C offered the most reasonable price and timeframe availability. They also offered carpet cleaning as an add-on.
The people that I worked with to schedule the cleaning were great and very friendly. They were quick to explain everything that was included and get us scheduled right away.
The cleaning job was okay. They had to come back because they didn’t clean any of the kitchen cabinets out. They came right back out the next day to complete the job.
The rest of the cleaning job seemed just mediocre and as we were moving in boxes and furniture we started noticing all the missed spots and some residue from cleaning products in the bathroom sinks and other spots.
The part that was really frustrating was the carpet cleaning. I am pretty sure they just sprayed a little layer of water over all the carpet and used a brush to kinda scrub it in. The floor looked like it had been cleaned because there were lines and so it gave the impression of being clean, but it wasn’t. We ended up having to hire another company to clean the carpets and they even confirmed that there is no way the carpets had already been cleaned.

Cannot say enough great things about this company! We've been using their services for almost a year now and we have been very pleased with every cleaning. The cleaners are friendly and efficient with their time. Jordan was very considerate about my two year old needing a nap and cleaned her room first. (Totally unprompted by me.) I was sick for one of our regularly scheduled cleanings and they worked with me to get it rescheduled without it being a huge hassle.
