Absolutely the worst drywall contractor I've ever used. Took him 4 months to complete small repairs/skim in our 960sq ft house. Scammed us on our bill, also run us 4 new lights. the electric he ran ended up not even working, none of it. he Left walls cracked, missing tape/mud holes etc. Nothing was ready to paint. Had to pay another contractor over $1100 to fix all of this, threatened us with mechanical lien if we didn't pay full bill because he didn't want to fix the issues. Shows up to the Job high on drugs most days. He tried to force me to sign a non disclosures agreement or he would put a lien on our house so I couldnt spread the word about his shady business practices. Knowing all I've found out through him doing our work and public record I would be scared to have him near one of my houses again. I suspect knowing his character he will try to deny any of this. Trust me it's true. I can email pictures of the work and screenshots of our conversations. You will be shocked. this guy is a nightmare. I would look elsewhere for your drywalls needs I wouldn't even consider him for your project.

My wife were wanting to finish our basement this winter, we reached out to 5 different drywall contractors and Reynolds responded right away and was able to shoot a quote that same day. All of his work was good quality and craftsmanship. Although they were not always on time but it's somewhat understood in this busy and difficult time. Communication was adequate. We were also happy with how they alway had a general cleanup after each work day instead of waiting till the end.

Lance is a professional. He does excellent work and even cleans up the area every time he comes. Even though he was booked up, he worked my small project into his schedule. Great work ethic too. I'd hire him again....

Not only does Lance do great work but he is also very friendly and respectful. He always swept up and cleaned up before leaving. Everytime he was here he would even check with us to see if we needed anything else ? Very highly recommended by my bf and I.

Lance has done work for me more than once. If u want it done quickly and right just give him a call. His work is nice and he always cleans up after. I am very pleased with his work.
