Windows were measured on August 22, 2019 for 14 window panes and repair two other double pane windows. My husband and I have each called several times with no success. Cannot get an estimate. Each time that we have called, their excuse is that they lost the measurement paperwork. Why not come and measure again? REPLY: I will look for the measurements this afternoon. Each time it is another excuse. In the past, they had been very reliable, but something has changed.
