Very bad experience. We thought cabinets were good decision till one of the drawer tracks broke. We suspect is was broken all along as we had Tupperware in the drawer. We have waited more than two weeks for a part to fix it and haven’t seen it. We have never received an itemized bill and are sure we were over charged. When you spend nearly 30k and get no service you realize what a poor decision you have made. Run the other way from these guys. Seriously run.

I recommend AKB to all my friends! Chayanne and his team were terrific in many ways – friendly, knowledgeable, creative, supportive of my decisions, making recommendations, answering questions, following up, staying on budget and, importantly, they recommend reliable and skilled contractors. I’ve completed three projects with AKB in the last few years – two bathrooms and most recently my kitchen remodel. I’m very pleased with all of them. Trusting your remodeler is very important – and I trust American Kitchen and Bath.

Great Service wonderful staff. Designer listened to what we wanted and worked with in our budget. We did have a couple hang ups with the manufacturer, but they took care of the issues with out hesitation. Will definitely use them again with our next project!!

Gary has been a great help and a fun person to work with as we remodel our bathrooms! He has great ideas about cabinetry sizes and designs to make our bathrooms look great, along with finishing touches, such as quartz counter top pieces on the seat of our walk-in shower, half wall cap, and niche shelf. We can't wait to see it finished. I'll post before & after photos when it's complete. In the mean time, see Gary for all your bathroom remodel needs!

It was ok. They have a good selection of Medallion cabinets on display along with different counter tops. We were greeted when we entered but not very enthusiastically. The lady seemed hesitant to help and was more worried about commuting lead time and long delays than getting the process started. I know lead times are long but wanted to get started. We got handed off to another associate who stated again the lead time and it would be a month before they could even start the project. They didn't even take out information to follow up or schedule a future appointment. Just told us to look around and review products to get an idea of what we like. Felt like we were in a big box store, lacking personal service. Business is booming right now with plenty of work but shouldn't dismiss customers that could be the future. Was overall an underwhelming experience. Will be looking for a contractor or a cabinet place that provides a more personal touch.

American Kitchen and Bath did an excellent job on our kitchen and bath remodel. The selection of cabinetry and countertops they had in their showroom made our decisions so much easier. Jim’s design expertise really enhanced our kitchen and bath layout and the end result was phenomenal. My wife and I highly recommend American Kitchen and Bath and Jim’s design expertise and personal attention.

We just finished a kitchen remodel with American Kitchen and Bath, and we can't rave enough about the staff and our experience. The finished product is beautiful! Jim and his staff helped us to stay on budget and the entire project was much easier and less stressful than we had originally anticipated. We really felt that they listened to us and made sure we were happy with every step of the process. Every step - from the initial consultation through design to installation - was absolutely perfect. We definitely made the right choice in choosing American Kitchen and Bath for this project. We will definitely be repeat customers.

We couldn’t be happier with the excellent customer service we received from American Kitchen & Bath. Our quartz countertops are beautiful! Installation was excellent and Jim was there every step of the way to answer all our questions and make sure we were happy and satisfied with everything. Craig did an excellent job of removing our old countertops and preserving our existing back splash, plus was meticulously neat. This was an excellent experience for us! Thank you Jim and staff for making our kitchen look beautiful!

We had our entire condo renovated by AK&B and it turned out beautiful. AK&B did the design and all the renovation work. They are professional, very reasonable cost, and honest/very nice people to work with on a project. We've had several neighbors walk through our place and then contact AK&B to do work on their condos. Highly recommend!

We just completed a kitchen remodel with American Kitchen and Bath. Chayanne was our designer. The services was amazing from beginning to end. The owner, Jim, even made sure we got plenty of candy and water to keep us fueled each time we were in the store. :-) Chayanne set aside time multiple times to sit down with us and talk through exactly what we wanted, while providing very thoughtful suggestions that would make our kitchen as useful as possible. He responded immediately to questions via email and phone. The initial project design was out of our price range, but he immediately researched and found an alternative that managed to include all our needs AND wants at a price point that was well within our budget. The cabinet installer that was recommended was professional and extremely efficient. The granite shop and installers were excellent as well This was an excellent experience for us, and we will be returning for upcoming projects. We highly recommend American Kitchen & Bath!

Love every part of our new kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room! Our house should be displayed in Better Homes and Gardens. We cannot say enough of the service and quality of products we got from working with American Kitchen and Bath. I would not go anywhere else and I would recommend them to anyone. A special thanks goes to Jim for making sure everything fits and to his design talents!
