Joseph was very helpful and courteous. He quickly diagnosed the problem, picked up the needed part and had us up and running within a few hours. He was great at answering questions and providing guidance on system set up. Caleb honored warranty work on a leak, at no charge. Irish Air will have our business going forward! Blake was very thorough on cleaning and maintenance of HVAC. Very personable and polite. Can't speak highly enough of these guys. Jim helped me out in a bind on New Year's Eve on how to get my unit up and running over the phone. First rate business. They have been great each time I've needed their help.

I have hired them for two jobs at my house (a full replacement of our entire HVAC system inside and out) and a relocation of the main vent trunk in preparation for a renovation. I can't say enough great things about this company. After spending 3 weeks screwing around with a different company (the company that installed and maintained my HVAC equipment) I called Irish as a last resort. They were well aware of the issues with my gas furnace and the extended warranty that had been issued years ago as a result of a class action law suit against Carrier corp. Spoke with Jim, got a quote which was significantly below the amount of the other company, and within a couple of days Joel and Corbin were out and repaired the unit. During the time it took to get the parts Jim kept in touch to keep me informed of everything. Very professional, knowledgeable, the guys had the unit up and running by end of day. I cannot say enough about this company. They will certainly be getting my business going forward, and will be the first company I call when our equipment needs to be replaced. Thanks Irish, much appreciated!
