I just wanna give a huge thank you to these amazing guys for going above and beyond to patch our parking lot. You think working at a government building (post office) they would fix things around there....yeah right. We rent the building and the owners refuse to fix anything. They were paving the library across the street and I stopped to see if they had extra if he could please fill in our massive potholes in the parking lot. I got back from my rt and they did one better and made us a runway. Our customers were so happy and I tell them who's responsible for paying it forward! I so appreciate the kindness of these guys and wish more people were caring like them!

I called the office and asked what their availability was to get a quote on redoing a commercial parking lot and was answered with "no thank you" and was hung up on. I called back and asked if they do asphalt paving and the lady working in the office was completely rude and hung up a second time. As a business owner your front line to customers is your customer service, and this lady was incredibly rude and turned away a large job.

I am a business Owner and I couldn't be happier with the service and finished paving that I received from Jack Boyd and his crew. These guys are seasoned asphalt veterans and problem solvers. They were competitive on price and fast. Refinished my two parking lots in one day. Great Job! Very Happy.

The workers showed up on time, were all well spoken, especially Mike Swentko. They paid attention to detail and did a beautiful job. I would highly recommend Boyd and we definitely will use them again. A+

I had the same experience as the other reviewer. I received a bid on July 31, was told it would be a few weeks before the work could be completed which was fine. Several weeks went by and I heard nothing. When I finally called to follow up to see when the work could be done, now mid September, I was told they probably couldn't do it this year. Unbelievable, I had been waiting all of this time and even agreed to their high price. Ridiculous, horrible customer service. As an owner of the business I would be embarrassed. Our home association had them on the list of licensed contractors and now I will meet with Town Council to advise not to recommend.
