I can’t think Andy enough for replacing our bathroom fan and light! We were in a time crunch because we were getting ready to show our house, and of course the fan started throwing sparks! Haley answered their phone and when I told her my situation, she took great care of me. I highly recommend Midwest electric.

I received several estimates and Midwest was the lowest. I was very happy with the gentleman who did the estimate. On the day the work was to be done, Shannon and Kolton showed up at exactly the scheduled time. They were very professional and completed the job at the estimated cost with no issues. Others told me to expect to have to do some drywall repair when they were finished, but Shannon and Kolton were able to do the work with no repair needed. They were careful to clean up after they were done. I dreaded having to call an electrician but they were exceptional and I will not hesitate to call Midwest the next time I need work.

I called Midwest for an estimate for some electrical work to be done and hanging ceiling fans. During the couple of days between when I called and then appt, I remembered there was another item I wanted estimated. On the day of the appt, the gentleman was very punctual and professional. Zero issues with the new item. The estimate came via email which did take a couple days, however, it was in an acceptable time frame. Their quote for the main work was more than fair and have scheduled the work to be done. Update will follow when the work is completed but have a good feeling, as I know several other people that use them, it will be excellent.

The price is reasonable, the other company quoted me 8x more. They did it in less than 30 min. Thank you Shannon and company. I was given a quote for a full house fan installation. I accepted the quote and was given an install date. I took off of work to be home for the install. Midwest did show up on time but they did not have the correct fan, which they knew about, mind you. Okay, I get it. Not the end of the world. I was told that they would order the correct size fan and call me with a new install date. Time passed and I never received a call back. I called multiple times to get an idea on when they could bet me back on the schedule so I could adjust my schedule. I finally get a date two weeks after the initial install. Flip to the second install. Midwest shows up to my house to tell me that they do not have the correct fan but they can install the same wrong fan if I want. Now that is two times I have taken off of work and waisted money and time just for them to show up in the morning to tell me they can't offer what they sold me. Why on earth would they wait until the day of to let me know? Why not call prior to the install? Absolutely horrible sales and scheduling departments. I do not recommend.
