If I could give them 10 stars I would. My air conditioner stopped working and they scheduled me in same day. Gavin was very nice and super knowledgeable. He got my AC working again in minutes. They’re affordable and flexible with payment. I would definitely recommend their Annual Maintenance Program, so many benefits and discounts for a low price. Consider them before Peterman Brothers for any of your heating & cooling needs.
We always have such a great experience with Perfect Climate. Mike W was fantastic in helping us fix our AC issue. Can’t recommend them enough!

Logan was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. He arrived within 30 minutes and fixed my ac within about 20 minutes. I would recommend this company to anyone!

I highly recommend A Perfect Climate for your heating and cooling needs! Our AC wasn’t functioning as it should so I called and received a same day appointment. Logan did a tremendous job to get us taken care of! We’re grateful to have our AC back on quickly and for a reasonable price!

Perfect Climate Heating & cooling provided fast, courteous, professional and efficient customer service. Sean called me back after I left a voice-mail in need of after hour/holiday weekend support. James was out within the hour and not only diagnosed and solved the issue, but took time to explain, educate and review the repair with me.

James was excellent. He cleaned and serviced our air conditioning unit. Showed up early and took time to explain.
The Perfect Climate did what our overpriced other service didn't. Thankful you, thank you. Won't be calling any one but The Perfect Climate. Best service. ?

My heat pump stopped cooling/heating last fall. Used the furnace all winter while trying to find service close by. I contacted A Perfect Climate and they sent Mike who was there the next morning. Mike checked out the whole system and explained the pressure readings and diagnosed the regulator valve was open and needed replacement. They sent one of their installers, Gavin, who picked up the evaporator/valve assembly and was back to exchange it and the system was as good as new in a short time. Mike and Gavin made it look easy and we had great repore while the whole job was done in a flash as well as my worries about how and who I was going to find for the job. I am completely satisfied and grateful for the prompt and courteous service and the costs I was afforded that assured me that if and when the time comes I'll need a new high efficiency system, I won't have to search, I have the info of who to call. Thank You Very Much Guys ☝️??

I’ve used Perfect Climate multiple times for service. They replaced my lower level A/C coil and compressor 2 years ago and replaced my coil and compressor for my second/upstairs level today. Shawn; Gavin, and the others that have been here have all been great. They take the time to explain what is needed to be done and why, and they present my options. Their prices are very reasonable and they take the time to make sure it is done right. They even fixed some things that the previous HVAC company that installed the original units did that wasn’t the best. My previous units were Goodman, and I don’t recommend them at all. Junk, cheap units that the builder used to maximize profit. The Rheem unit installed 2 years ago has been great and I didn’t hesitate to use Perfect Climate again for the second unit.

Mike came out to service our mini split as it would not cool the upstairs room at the end of last summer. Mike checked out the system indoors and tested the temperatures. He wasn’t happy with the difference and checked the outdoor unit and found a small refrigerant leak. Mike tightened the connection, checked again for leaks, filled the refrigerant to the proper level and checked the indoor unit again for any possible leaks. Mike was happy with the repair. Repaired in about an hour. I had a coupon from the monthly neighborhood magazine that he gladly applied. Great service. Informed me about the system and that we should be nice and cool this summer. Thanks Mike and A Perfect Climate!
