First time ever having a septic system in my life. Called these people and they were absolutely amazing to deal with. Never have I ever experienced such nice and respectful people as they were. They both explained and showed me about my system and how to resolve any future issues. I would definitely recommend them in any and all situations with your septic system. Awesome place, awesome people, very respectful, very understanding. They let me ask any question and let me watch them work and never made me feel like I was in the way. Thanks for your hard work and dedication to your company. Your customer thanks you.

We were in the process of selling our house and the potential sellers wanted the septic pumped. They came out ASAP. They were awesome and were completely understanding about timing being important in the process. During the process, I felt like I had a friend in the business. It was awesome how they were dependable, reasonable, and were honest about everything.

Barnes Sewer & Septic helped me with a restroom trailer rental for my wedding. They delivered it on time and were absolutely great to work with! I would recommend them to anyone looking for portable restroom rentals. They also help our auction clients when we do live auctions and are great to work with.

My plumber recommended Barnes. From my first call they stayed in contact so I knew what to expect. They arranged for a digger to help find and uncover my septic tank, and he cleaned up the area after the tank was cleaned out. I’m very satisfied with their service.

Barnes sewer and septic were the only service who responded immediately to an emergency call. They came to our business/home in a matter of hours, located and serviced our tank in short order. They were professional, and personable and I can’t thank them enough. Their son came out a couple days later and positioned a riser. Great family and great business people. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

Extremely pleased with this company’s services. I texted Shawnda to set up an appointment on a Monday for Friday. Austin came out on Friday and assessed the issue. By the following Monday, my septic outlet was in perfect working order again. Impeccable customer service from wonderful local people that have my complete trust.

I CANNOT say enough good things about my service today! I am the mother of a large family and started having issues the night before I called. When I called they explained everything in detail and I could understand that I may still have a problem but still needed to get my septic pumped out. They were out there less than 2 hrs laterals addressed all my issues and problems and even gave me contact information if I had bigger problems they don't address. I am forever grateful for their help.
