I have had several projects done to my home. Ugo did the tile work in my kitchen and bathroom. He did an excellent job. Mark took out and redid a door and doorframe. He is an excellent craftsman doing wood work. Handyman Connections took care of everything I needed done from tile, wood work, to totally remolding my kitchen, new front door and storm to some electrical and plumbing work. Everything I needed done and done well was all through them. Jeremiah is great to work with and will make sure you are happy with the end results. I will definitely call them for my next home project!

DO NOT HIRE! We hired the original owners to fulfill the job. We chose them as they offered a year warranty to come and fix any issues. The quality was very poor. The ceiling lines looked like a line graph and the paint needed at least another coat to cover the original paint on several walls. They put mud on some walls but not on others. The edging around doors was also very poor. Post the original job we reached out for our warranty so they could fix all of the issues. They had come under new management who took over the previous contracts. They ghosted us on FOUR different occasions, two of which we sent pictures of the poor work. We didn’t hear anything back beyond getting ahold of the receptionist (Kameron) who said she would go over it with her boss. We hear nothing. DO NOT HIRE!

I hired them to do some trim, carpentry, and a house I’m building. The quality of work was terrible, they were supposed to be done in two weeks, but after five weeks of rarely showing up, I fired them. They never followed through with what they said, and I had to hire someone to fix things they messed up. very unprofessional!

Hired for a full basement finish. At first things were ok. My only complaint was they sent out one guy to do the job. He was very prompt every morning for about 8 weeks until one day his foreman showed up asking for more money in his words "So he could feed his men". That wasn't in the contract but I gave a little anyway. He gave me a sob story about how the receptionist quit and left the office in disarray. After that things got strange. I had no shows and late shows and even working for a couple hours then leaving. I had had enough and told them to leave. Manager called back wanted to make it right. Said a bunch of men quit he was the new head guy so I gave him a chance to make things right. He worked 4 days and got most of it done. I hired my son-in-law to complete everything else. The craftsmanship is really not professional at all. Communication is awful. Cleanliness is not a strong point. I had trash everywhere outside and the trash container was overflowing. No plastic was put up in the basement so may HVAC unit needs cleaning. And when I called to make final payment the foreman that supposedly quit answered. He told me to call back and he would let the receptionist answer. (It had been forwarded to his phone.) I call back and you guessed it the receptionist that supposedly quit answered the phone. ALL of it was very unprofessional and just strange. Running off a shoe string. I can not recommend. Although they did knock off 25% of the final bill from all the headache they put me through.

My husband and I were needing to make repairs to the soffits and ended up needing a new roof on the back part of our home before it sold. We contacted Handyman Connection after hearing great reviews and we were not let down. The owner, Jeremiah, was extremely professional, answered all our questions, helped us figure out what we needed and he had a gentleman out to do the estimate within a day or so. The repairs were within a week and it was finished before we knew it. The work was complete and seamless from the existing roof to the addition. The paint was straight and matched. It was a quick job and the craftsman did amazing! I will definitely be using them for our new home and the many projects we need done and want done right, the first time. Great home-town company!
