Now these folks know what they are doing. My pool maintenance is always kept up. And the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend Wichita pools to all my friends.

Not only was the team extremely knowledgeable and professional..
They definitely went above and beyond to make sure that my family and I have a safe stress free summer living in our pool!!

I paid wichita pools for a new liner cover and stair repair. I was assured the stairs could be repaired and would not need to be replaced. Danny showed up with an angle grinder and some epoxy from the hardware store. Obviously he had no idea what he was doing. Now I am stuck with a repair that made the steps worse than what they were and they want me to pay for another liner to repair the steps. And oh ya they had the balls to charge me for this mess.

I've called 3 times, left 3 voicemails, August 21st, August 24th, and today, August 28th inquiring about a pool installation at my home. I'm still waiting for a return phone call.

They are always there and do good work. Even driving out in snow and ice to fix my companies indoor pool
