Brandon came out the same day last week and repaired a broken tension spring and replaced the old one not broken within 30 minutes. Garage door works great again. Support this local business! These guys are amazing!

We had a spring break on our garage door over Memorial Day Weekend. We called on Tuesday and they sent their repairman Brandon out within the hour. He got us fixed up quickly, he was a very nice and friendly guy, explaining everything that we needed to have done. We highly recommend Derby Overhead Door Company

Were at our house within 30 of calling them. Diagnosed problem, went to pickup parts and back in another 30 min. Completed job in 1 hour. Sensor was out so had to replace opener and everything that goes with it. Very fair price, and exceptional customer service. Will definitely recommend.

After another local company suggested it would cost the same to replace than repair an original wood garage door (surprise! It was nearly $1K more to replace), Jimmy and Brad with Derby Overhead were not only knowledgeable about and appreciated our mid century garage doors, they were able to repair it in under an hour for half the cost of the other company. It's better than before. My 6 year old can even lift it, it's so well balanced! I'm shocked at the level of service and skill. Derby Overhead should always be your "second opinion". When our other 70 -year-old garage door breaks, they'll be our FIRST opinion. And I'm recommending them to all our neighbors.
