I had an issue with a pool heater and had a couple different HVAC companies out. They both said the unit, which was just purchased new last year and worked fine at the end of last season, had numerous costly issues which didn't really make sense. I asked for a reccomendation for a different company on FB and had numerous people reccomend MJB. Dale, the owner, came out and figured out a wire was crossed (from one of the previous guys who came out I'm sure) and the units works like new now. I was very impressed with the response time, the honesty, the great service AND the text I received a week later making sure everything was working great. Not I know why so many people reccomending them on Facebook. I can't reccomend highly enough.

Our A/C stopped working on a Sunday and due to health issues, we needed to find a service company available on a Sunday. I called MJB and left a message on their emergency voice mail. Within 10 minutes Tom Buck called me to hear my description of the symptoms. He was just finishing an appointment in Wichita and would be on his way to my home on the south end of Derby. He arrived within 30 minutes! From start to finish he was the perfect example of what you could ever hope for in an HVAC tech and a human being. His evaluation of our system inside and out was as thorough as I could ever imagine and once he was done with the repair, our system is running as well or better than ever. Well worth the price for the evaluation, parts, and labor. Thank you again Tom for an awesome experience.

There is a reason why they have so few reviews less than 5 stars. They are amazing! I will recommend to all family and friends. When you have a 20-year-old furnace and air conditioner, things can go downhill quickly. Our furnace just went out and we needed help as the temperatures were pretty chilly. They came out the next day and early in the morning. When I called overnight the person I spoke with told me they would be there in the morning hours. When I called the next day I spoke with the office staff and they said it wouldn't be until till three or four p.m. at the earliest. I was disappointed and let them know I was told someone would come earlier and they did it. They heard me, took my word, and they had someone out in the morning like they said they would. When they came out they were able to make up a fix on the furnace so it would work. The technician let us know that if they're fixed, stopped working to call and they would bring in industrial heaters for the house so we wouldn't be cold. Luckily they're fixed. Lasted until they were able to bring in our new units just a few days later. They were quick with install and very efficient. They had an issue with one of the wires and they kept working on it until it was fixed. They were pleasant to have in my home and showed me all the in and outs of the new equipment. They even showed me how to use my humidifier, which they did not install, and taught me how it works and regular maintenance for it. Their financing is amazing and extremely helpful when you have to spend about 10k on new units. Not very many people have that kind of money ready to spend and they can provide 0% financing which is so helpful. Unfortunately I don't remember all the names of the technicians that came out, but each and every one of them was amazing and courteous.

Our commercial building had a lightening/electrical strike and damaged our 20 ton AC unit. No one could find us a new unit before the end of September. Imagining going all of August and September with no AC in Kansas and working inside near 100 degree temps is less than thrilling. Dale and the team at MJB called around and saved the day. They had us a new unit 5 weeks earlier than other could promise and I now have happy employees. The unit is amazingly quiet, super cold and so much more energy efficient. Thank you for being our super hero!
