Wichita Heating and Air went above and beyond helping me deal with a frustrating home warranty situation with my broken AC. This included submitting stuff to the warranty even after they were paid. Their communication was also top notch and heard me out even when they had reservations about the warranty situation. They were available next day, and fixed my problem and got us running again within the visit. I will definitely be using them in the future!

Fast and quick. I tried to ahold of 5 companies that said they were open on Sunday but non of them answered Wichita heating and air did, they had someone come out within 2 hours after I called. Normally when I call a company I think it will be days before I can get any help, thank you!!

WHA was amazing! Our air-conditioner unit upstairs went out! Luke with WHA sent out a guy to see what we needed and gave us a price immediately! We got prices from other companies and really liked Luke and his customer service! I called him to see when he could do the job he gave me a date I whined a little and he texted right back and said he could get us taken care of the next day! Im very happy to say we are up and running and I am a very happy customer!! Thank you Luke and your amazing workers what a great experience! We will is them from now on.

I called Wichita Heating and Air to do a yearly service and check on both my furnace units. The Tech that came out looked like he was 14 years old. I was concerned that he was not old enough to be certified to work on my units. One furnace was fine, the other needed some replacement parts which they did not have. They sent an estimate of over $415 dollars to repair. I thought that was extremely high. I purchased the parts for under $50 bucks. I called another company who came out and serviced the unit and installed the new parts for $95 bucks. To add insult to injury, the Tech partially parked his service van in my well maintained yard. It had snowed several days earlier, so the yard was very wet. It took me two hours to rehab the rut he left. It's still not right. I called the company twice asking for the owner or a general manager and was told both times he was out. I left my name and number and have yet to receive a call. I will not use this company again.

We had a terrible experience yesterday with another company who came out spent 2 hours trying to figure out what was wrong couldn't figure it out then charged us $350 with a follow up email for $2500 to fix the "problem" that they couldn't find. So I called Wichita heating and air that same day after 5 pm for a non emergency call and they called me back within 5 minutes. The technician was super friendly on the phone took all of my information down and set an appointment for 11am the next day. I received a call around 9am saying they were headed my way. The technician Kenny was super friendly, professional and VERY efficient! He had the problem fixed and I was back to work by 11am! AND they didn't charge me an arm and a leg like the last company did! I highly highly recommend this company for the friendly efficient service they provide. Don't make the same mistake I did, call them the first time!! Thank you Wichita heating and air!

We had quotes from three companies and went with Wichita Heating and Air because they were the most professional, offered great financing, and carried the best product. Replaced entire AC and Furnace in 3.5 hours. I'm beyond impressed with the service. If I could change one thing about their business, I wish they offered portable AC's or something to keep cool between signing the contract and installation like some companies do, it was a hot week and I have a 4 and 2 year old to keep cool so I had to run to lowes and buy a portable AC for a couple hundred but thats life and not their job, just a good selling point for some. Overall 5/5 and will recommend them to friends and family!
