I have used KC Disposal since it's introduction here in Merriam and we are very happy with their service. They are prompt and kind and their customer service is wonderful. I'd like to give a special "shout out" to Ryan and Vanessa who helped me today with a billing issue - I truly appreciate your help!
After signing up with KC Disposal with someone who came to the door and then not having any communication from them before the startup day... including the trash containers I called the company to inquire about it and they were quick to respond and quick to rectify the problem...they delivered the containers the very next day and so far I'm very happy with the professionalism in handling the situation. If their customer service is always this good... I'll be one very satisfied customer.

Not just a great trash service but great workers! My child loves to watch the trash trucks every week and we are always greeted by our driver Rob, with a wave and a show! Most recently, Rob stopped his route and took the time to gift my son a toy trash truck which is his new favorite toy. Absolutely not a necessary thing to do by Rob or this company but it did not go unnoticed! Would recommend KC Disposal to anyone and everyone!

I've had a great experience while using KC Disposal and the customer service has been excellent! Vanessa went out of her way to assist with a recent inquiry and made sure that the matter was taken care of promptly.

I try not to leave unnecessary bad reviews, check my others all mostly positive. This company is cutting corners and not concerned with service. Tried to understand why my payment increased but I guess after 1 year they raise it because you're not under contract anymore. The statements on the website are not detailed well and it must just pass the government requirement, if not should be investigated by the BBB. I wanted to see what services I was paying for and why I'm suddenly paying more but couldn't. Tried calling TODAY 1pm on a Monday and the recording says "you reached us after business hours". No response to my emails using both their address's. I can't see what months I've already paid because the website is so limited and they just add PDFs but no history of payments. No way to cancel the account on the website only add account. This feels like a scam company and the 1 star reviews you see are the most honest on here. They do regularly miss pickups and seem to pick up a few days after the fact so you just have to leave the bins out and hope they get there before next week. Something is not right with this company and an audit would provide more insight. If the price goes up again I will cancel.

I haven't had any issues with KCdisposal until recently. I ordered an additional trashcan that was scheduled to be dropped off on Monday 2/26. Instead the drivers took my trashcan. I called in and they were scheduled to be delivered today 3/1 and the cans I received are filthy as if they picked them up from 1 house and just dropped them here. There's unknown substances on and inside of the bins. The customer service agent told me they're washable and sanitized after sending pictures that are not on her script. I'm canceling my service.
