We didn't have any issues with Clint until it came time to move out.
I would highly recommend. I believe Clint is the new property manager. We rented around 5 years and never had any problems what so ever and if we did all we had to do was call. Clint is a great person always made sure everything was fixed and it was always either fixed that day or the day after. They also launched a new app not to long ago you can pay rent from or request maintenance from which was super convenient. If I ever had to rent again I would definitely rent from C-Hawkk.

My friend had rented from Alvis in 2018 and was unlawfully evicted. Even locked the property away from his DIABETES medications and couldnt get to them. Had his son not been so kind to unlock the house to let him get his medications, he would have been dead by now.
We also strongly believe Alvis has entered into the property without prior knowledge or warning and involved with his missing cat as well.
This man has multiple lawsuits against him and I truly would not recommend this man as a Landlord.

Rentals from this company are absolutely overly priced. I went and toured a 2 bedroom, 1 bath, 1 car garage duplex. It was run down, very outdated, very tiny. The rooms could fit a full size bed and that’s about it. Carpets were gross etc. They were asking $800/mo. My apartment in Eudora, that was brand new, renovated super nice carpets and floors was only $650/mo. The rooms were huge in this place, lots of room. Just beware, they are hungry for money. I will NEVER rent from them.

My daughter rented from this co., no problems until late on rent. I am in no way taking up for daughter on late rent. Mr. Shelton denied access before court date. SHAME ON YOU MR. SHELTON
By date
6th a notice for 3 day vacate was left on door,
7th- daughter moved their things expecting to go back for rest.
8th-I took my cleaning supplies out to property to clean place
10th- I e-mailed Mr. Shelton, 3 days were up I asked for more time to get place cleaned, I apologized for his troubles.
11th- eviction summons filed-
12th- I read reply e-mail from Mr. Shelton- who advised me not to return to the property even though my cleaning supplies were there.
18th- I stopped by property and found notice of (next day) court hearing on door, lock box on door, key I have didn't work, bar on window. From what I could see my 2 carpet shampooers, vacuum, and 2 bags of cleaning supplies were gone.
19th- default judgment against daughter b/c no show- notice of court hearing left on door-return service info blank so no idea when it was put on door. Mr. Shelton denied me access to collect my belongings before court date. I wanted only to help and for that I lost $300.00 worth of cleaning supplies. One more day is all I asked for.
Note- outside landscaping done for free, looks much better than before- What I did get cleaned looked excellent, the oven like new.
You have a serious problem with MOLD in ceiling upstairs room, painting over will not help. MOLD is bad on my levels, you need to check into that.
