Longtime Santa Fe Heating & AC fan here, going back to 2006 when they replaced the ancient furnace at my new-to-me house in Olathe. Yesterday, one day before what’s supposed to be the hottest day of the year so far, in a year that’s supposed to break last year’s heat records, Service Guy Mike C. came to the house where my A/C was down and in half an hour, diagnosed and replaced a fried thermostat and made sure all was working as it should. Mike was professional, friendly, and taught me a couple of new things. Scheduling the appt and paying online make the whole process quick and painless. Thanks, Santa Fe’ers!
Santa Fe Heating & Air installed a dual zone system in my home a few years back and just performed a routine HVAC maintenance. They have always been honest and fair with their pricing and their work is top notch.

Dustin and Ian were very professional and answered all our questions, except for a couple of questions I will call Dave on. They cleaned up the area real well which I appreciate. Thanks for getting us back up and running with air!!

Beware...these guys will take advantage of you with obscene prices. I just needed a capacitor replaced because my AC was tripping the breaker. They only had one option and it cost me $542! This is a $50-$100 part retail. What are you supposed to do when they take everything apart and give you one option. These prices are shameful and not competitive. I also have two units installed by them, I guess that doesn't mean anything.

A family member recommended these guys and they knocked it out of the park. Sam was awesome, looked over my whole system and made recommendations and explained the pros and cons. After he left I had a slight issue with my AC and so I called and they offered to send someone out that night. I declined because it wasn't really an emergency and I didn't want to make anyone come out that late. The next day the on call technician called and asked if I needed anyone out and I told him all good because it's working fine now but I appreciate the offer. Long story longer, don't hesitate to give these guys a call.

My house was HOT, the HVAC was constantly running, and the electrical bill was consistently in the $400 range.
I received multiple bids and Santa Fe seemed to be the most reasonable… still expensive. However, Santa Fe provided me with a window unit for my bedroom to provide some temporary relief.
My house is a split level and did not have a return air for common areas so we had to get creative and Santa Fe was capable of coming up with a solution.
The installers were awesome as they showed great patience as my 6 year old asked multiple questions and shadowed every move they made. They were clean, methodical, and quick!

I felt that Santa Fe was honest and accurate. They’re replacement costs were competitive. The repairman did a great job.

Great company to work with! Replaced both ac and water heater. All work was very well done and completed in one day.

Santa Fe was absolutely great to work with! They were extremely professional, timely and did excellent work. They replaced my 20+ year old system with a new variable speed, communicating Lennox system that has been working perfectly. I cannot recommend them enough.
