We had them put in a new liner in about 2 years ago and every year 2 x or sometimes 3 times a year since we have have the same issue with it come loose from the wall just like it did when they first put it in. This time they charged me for the same problem. I will never refer anyone there and the customer service is not the nicest

Thank you to the employees. The ignitor element went out the pellet stove. Teresa had me talk to Mike in the service department and he diagnosed the element. I drove from Wichita to Hutch and the employees at the Lorraine store sold me the element. It was an easy fix and have heat again!!! Thank you for help.

They provide a turn-key installation of quality products and training on how to care for the pool. The office team is solid and reliable and follows through to satisfy your needs. My pool repair and supply needs are exclusively handled by Ebeling Pools. They are responsive and very professional.

My name is David and we live in Central western Kansas we had Ebeling Pools, Inc build us an in ground pool back in 1989 and they did a Superb job. We are fixing to do some upgrades to our pool and I wouldn't have anyone else do the job except Ebeling Pools. Mark and Sheryl Ebeling just do that good of work. The very best! They built the pool in 1991 and have helped maintain it every year since. We have had so many struggles with an aging parent the last 2 years and Ebling Pools has stepped up, above and beyond, with helping us to keep enjoying that pool. No matter the time or day, Cheryl has been there for us when it comes to chemicals out of balance, pool cover issues and on and on. Wish they were in Utah to build me a pool!

I contacted Ebeling Pools to see if they could replace our fireplace inserts which had become cloudy and no longer clear over the years as a result of using the wrong cleaner on them. In short order Ebeling came out with new inserts and the two gentlemen proceeded to remove and replace. Within an hour our fireplace looked brand new! Highly recommend Ebeling, they offer customer focused service, reasonable prices, and most of all integrity.
