He was very helpful. He kept looking for the problem rather than just ordering a new motherboard and found the issue. It cost under $100 and our dishwasher works like new again. He is knowledgeable, communicates well, and is dependable. He is my new "go to" guy when I need an appliance repairman. Highly recommend!

I called Dor from Bradford Appliance Service a while back to fix my fridge, and he did such a good job, going above and beyond - the man CLEANED MY FRIDGE OUT for me - that I called him again when my dryer went on the fritz. He was extra helpful, taking the time to explain what he was doing, and even helped me check the old fuses in my garage just out of sheer kindness and because I didn't know how to figure out which one was blown. (I've never lived somewhere with the old timey screw in type fuses instead of a breaker box, but luckily, he had, and was willing to explain it to me.) My experience with Dor has been like calling my dad to come over and help me with something. As a single woman, it's important to me to feel comfortable with the repair person who shows up, as this had not always been my experience. I hired someone to help put in a new door and he ended up hitting on me and treating it like a date. Doran Bradford would never do that. He's super professional, but also has a great personality and is willing to go above and beyond to help you understand why the repair is needed, letting you know exactly how much it will cost (with tax!) ahead of time. I cannot say one bad thing about this guy. Don't even consider hiring anyone else to fix an appliance. Doran Bradford is the guy for the job, period.

He was really nice and fixed what he could. Our dishwasher was unfortunately not fixable but everything else he got working great!

Mr. Bradford replaced a faulty washer switch, and replaced the rollers and belt on my dryer, then vacuumed it out and oiled it. It’s at least 30yrs old and is quieter than it’s ever been!
