Had a old pier and beam home we were restoring in cherryvile. Had a partially installed Central heat /AC system. We asked Hawkins heat & air first and he wouldn't even come out and look at it.. Called independents heat & air got an appointment set up they came out and did a awesome job, great communication , they went above and beyond expectation ..really just good hearted people..

I bought a house here. It was a holiday weekend my first time being in the house and 140 plus degrees in the attic. Within a few hours of calling independence heating and cooling showed up. Went in the attic and rebuild my ac system. To top it all off the bill was so inexpensive I felt like I was taking advantage of the company. Best customer service, most knowledgeable HVAC person I know. Love this business experience. I love Indy thanks to them!

Professional, courteous and they didnt mind installing parts instead of selling me a costly whole new unit. The weather was bad but they insisted on getting our AC installed despite the rain. This business will be my first choice next time we are in need of professional heat and AC service.
