Paul from Plumb-Crazy Plumbing was professional and really knew what he was doing. He was ready to make extra repairs on the fly as they popped up while he was already there without going way over budget. He was friendly and explained what he was doing and why it was necessary. He does great work and is obviously in high demand. You definitely won't be disappointed in the quality of his work or the price of the home improvement project. I really don't think you can find a better plumber in town. If you're looking for quality plumbing repairs at a good price with a friendly expert, go with Plumb-Crazy Plumbing. Paul is a great plumber.

Do not call if it involves a crawl space.... Called for a rooter and to for an outside hose valve. I said it's under the house when i called. He waited until he's in my driveway to say he can't go under the house because shoulder surgery. Now mind you, I'm waiting for movers that day to move 750mi away, and told him that. He put me in a really bad spot because he didn't want to, or legit couldn't, go under the house, but knew I'd call a different plumber so he tricked me. I had to call another plumber while out of state and rush it as it was part of closing to get this fixed. Lockbox, pay online, schedule with the realtor.... just added a huge stress to a time in already stressed. The other laughed and knew exactly who he was, seems i wasn't the first one he did that to. still had him rooter cause it needed done ASAP, even though i really wanted to just use someone else for both items. That was good value and he spent good time on it. did assist quickly with shutting water off for a different valve i replaced and snipped the end for me genuinely seemed like a nice guy and i don't know if he intentionally screwed me and i refuse to call him dishonest, just don't think he considered what it meant or would impact me. Either way, it did impact me and that's the reason for the low rating I don't knock him for skill cause i didn't see enough to really know one way or the other I used to work in the trades until i had my own shoulder surgery, 5 of them over 3+ years, so on a personal level it annoys me he used that excuse, whether legit or not, without being upfront.

Had a fire on our hot water heater on 04/25/2022 around 5:30 PM, called Paul around 6:40 after the fire department left. Was able to give me a price immediately to install a new tank. I was able to order a tank and get it moved in the next day. Called Paul on 04/26/2022 at 10:30 AM and he was able to get me in at 3:00 PM and had the work done in about an hour. Very happy with the quality and being able to have the job done so quickly.

Paul, took four hours to do three pipes........or so I thought! The kitchen sink and the drain for the washer over spill into my kitchen... this dude will not reply to your phone calls or your texts. Charged 1450.00 yes American money that I work hard for. Would I recommend him to anyone absolutely not. It's sad because we're in a small town. Our neighbor Peggy said the exact same thing and she even knows his parents. Don't you have no shame Paul?! "Warning ⚠️ will drain your bank account!!!" But, not your plumbing!! Don't use this service!!!!!
