Mom's sewer line became plugged up with tree roots. Within one hour Rincks Plumbing answered the phone call and was on site roto rootering the sewer line. It was a miserable, cold and rainy day. The sewer line is fixed and clear in less than an hour. The price was very reasonable. The staff was a very personable young man. Thank You Doug Rinck.

We hired Rinks plumbing to install bathroom hardware. Faucets, shower heads,etc. One of the employees went into our bedroom closet to turn the water valve off leading into the bathroom. I explained to him where it was. After the job was complete I noticed 50 dollars was missing from a jar we keep in said closet. I never thought about the money at the time. They have a thief among their employees. Only the owner and one other employee went in the closet. I do not recommend them.

I will have to say, it is refreshing to leave a good review after having to leave such a poor one for CRI Plumbing (which I hate doing because they too have a family I am sure).
Rinck’s Plumbing was able to get here two days sooner that we thought they would and found all our leaks, they also may have saved us from buying a new hot water tank due to a misdiagnosis from previous plumber!
So far so good and hopefully Monday will put an end to my 19 day no hot water issue!!!

Quick response to my call for help. Installer was quick and efficient, very polite and took care to not make or leave a mess. Best thing was he adjusted the shower to allow more hot water flow so I can steam with the best of them! Appreciate having this service nearby!! Highly recommend.

Let me start by saying, this is by far the most professional company I have ever experienced in the service industry. I had a sewer line that was backing up into my yard. At first Mr. Rinck's was stuck on a job and told me he could come tomorrow, then I got a call from my staff saying that the plumber in fact came out that same night. He told me we need to install a clean out and that he would be there Tuesday morning. To my surprise, he was there before I even knew it on Tuesday morning as promised. By noon, my clean out was completely installed. Later that night we had a gas leak inside the house and our gas was shut of by Atmos. Mr. Rinck's told me he would have his guys here first thing in the morning. At 8:25am the guys arrived, they were professional, and they executed the job beautifully. They called the city to schedule the inspection and once again by noon, my gas was ready to be reconnected. After atmos reconnected my line, I needed help with the pilot light on my furnace. At 8:15am there was a worker at my door ready to help me light the pilot, which was really just a courtesy on their part. Just an amazing team and exceptionally professional. I would highly recommend Rinck's for all of your plumbing needs.

It's amazing when you leave not a perfect review and then its removed it to give a false sense of amazing. Was treated rudely and not showing up on time. When they did show up it was for the wrong job. Never received a return or call to reschedule for the correct job.
