I Do not recommend this company.
Communications, customer service and my all around experience with this company was just Eh, but it was how they handled a variety of things, and the complete disregard of their final error that I dropped their 3 star rating down to a one.
For starters, They do not have contracts, which is a huge red flag, but since I had everything in emails, I covered myself that way. Communication was very difficult trying to keep it all in emails though as it is hard to get your point across and you’ll have to keep replying with corrections. They only allow one person of contact, so when that person is out for vacations and illnesses, you are SOL until his return.
Final straw that took my review down from a 3 to a 1 is that they mis-delivered my door on purpose so that we would not be there to inspect it, as I specified I wanted. He KNEW I wanted one of us to be present to video the unloading of the doors and to be able to video the inspection of the doors to cover ourselves in case they are damaged in the delivery process. I told him my husband would not be at work that week as he was out of town and to deliver it the following week. After a 9 month wait for a door that was supposed to be delivered in 2-3 months, I didn’t feel that asking for a one week delay in delivery was an unreasonable request and they agreed to it.
I did ask him to please send me pics of it from his business (which he never did) so I can see what it looks like currently (before delivery) and that I/my husband will be there next week to inspect its delivery. So, they took it upon themselves to immediately deliver the door while we weren’t there, and in my personal opinion, this was done on purpose, to prevent the inspection and videoing of the delivery.
They claim it was an accident and a computer “glitch” that got the door delivered early , but based on how it happened and the fact that he ghosted me after my reply, tells me it was no accident. They see it as “delivered” and no longer something they have to deal with.
