Had an issue finding someone to do Samsung ovenrepair. Called Jason and I explained the issue and he said he would be there the next day. He arrived and figured out the issue in no time. They worked quickly and professionally. Friendly and quick service will call him again if any of my other appliances need fixing.

I called about getting my washer looked at and was told someone would by in the next couple of hours. Four hours later with no call and no one here, I phoned them and they said they would be out at 9am the next day. Just to clarify called again a little after 9 since no one had shown up yet and was told they’d be here in an hour. When asked why it would be later than the time they said, and why they made us wait for 4 hours the day prior was hung up on. Upon calling back Jason was incredibly rude and was told us ‘find someone else and do not call this number back’. Not to mention they said their card reader was down on the initial call and I would have to pay cash… $180 cash which seems a bit dicey. Overall very dissatisfied and would not recommend their services. If someone says they’ll be somewhere at a certain time then doesn’t call when they won’t be able to make that time, then hangs up on you when questioned and threatens you to not call back… great way to run a business.

Called around and the well known places in Lawrence were 2-3 weeks out to fix my LG washing machine (not to mention, most of them don't even work on LG appliances). Found this company on google and gave him a call. Jason said he could be here in 2 hours! He had the part already, & I was EXTREMELY happy with the price. He's the only one I will use from now on!

Complete waste of time. I called and they never showed up. Rescheduled and again never showed up. Very unprofessional and wasted multiple days waiting for no one to show or call. Save yourself the time and go elsewhere.

Terrible experience. The guy walked in and barely said a word . He then used a hammer and screwdriver to pry out our dishwasher, leaving several gouges in the face frame of our cabinets . He got upset when my wife asked him to be more careful and he half way shoved the un repaired dishwasher back in , without putting the insulation or screws back in and leaving a puddle of water underneath it , packed his tools and left without a word. Very strange experience.
