I literally cannot say enough about how bad our experience was with Factory Direct. For context, we spent 50k on appliances with these guys. Our customer service rep, Amy Mills, seemed disinterested and lazy- she did not return ANY phone calls, and when she called me to schedule I wanted to confirm that our appliances were going to be brought inside. She told me they would just be dropped at the curb. I asked if she could arrange to have them delivered to our kitchen as the fridge alone was almost 800lbs, stating I was happy to pay for this. She said she would “try to make a phone call” but if I didn’t hear back from her, to just “find some guys”. Um… ok… I spent my life savings on these appliances- and I can’t even pay to have them brought inside?! And please don’t tell me you’re gonna “try” to make a phone call if you have no intention. It wasn’t only this- everything came with missing parts- in fact the refrigerator, which took an entire year to be delivered, was delivered without shelves OR A DOOR! Ironically they are now telling me I need to pay for the door as an “additional part”, even though I paid for the fridge IN FULL a year ago. Since when is the door to a refrigerator an additional part? Unfortunately this is not a solitary event- multiple times they have tried to charge me twice for things or have claimed I didn’t pay for something which I had a receipt/date and invoice number for… if you do choose to use them, hopefully you never need to call them because their automated phone menu is a nightmare and it might literally take you upwards of 40 minutes to speak to anyone with even the first clue of how to help. Although I did speak to one Client Services rep, Ryan Bednar, who was excellent, the whole of my experiences with this company had been an absolute nightmare. I do not like to write bad reviews but I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone- I genuinely don’t know how they stay in business. If you have another options, I would use it.

Nice showroom, However, what should have taken 20 minutes Took over an hour. I knew exactly what I wanted and needed yet still, there was an attempt at up selling into a different product. The store culture came off as quite pretentious, but that may have been due to some of the clients in the store having an effect on that atmosphere -

We have had nothing but issues with this company while trying to get our appliances. Still waiting on our fridge that was scheduled for delivery 9/30. We have received excuse after excuse with what seems like little effort to make this right.

I think this is a new place. They don't seem to have things worked out yet. I was the pick up person. I went to a door and was told to go to the farthest door. At that door I was told to load at the garage door on the back. There are multiple doors on the back. Finally knocked on a door and was told to go to another door. And at this door the appliances were finally loaded. Hopefully they will get things worked out.

the salesman was 5 stars and the delivery guys 3 stars. but, the warranty company they use (or own?) for extended warranties is a NEGATIVE 5! TERRIBLE! if you buy an appliance from Factory Direct, DO NOT buy an extended warranty from New Leaf or True Blue or whatever their name is on the day you are there.

Why make an appointment time to accept your product and when the truck driver shows up at that time you're not ready to take your product! We don't have the time to spare to just sit at your dock, get y'all stuff together please!

Would give zero stars if I could. I have interacted with thousands of businesses in my lifetime and can't think of a worse experience than dealing with Ferguson. Absolutely terrible customer service. I realize there are supply chain issues, but the communication and responsiveness of employees should not be affected by the supply chain. Quite frankly, the employees here just don't care. I am so looking forward to the point when the remodel craze dies down and Ferguson is dying for business, rather than acting like they are doing you a favor by doing business with you. In short, do NOT order appliances, fixtures, lighting etc from Ferguson. I can promise you that you will regret it...

For the record, I'm sure the actual company is great, however their ability to hire competent people in this day and age is the reason for such a low review. We were directed towards Factory Direct because of a certain surplus in an appliance. Upon arrival, we were told that we would not be able to pick up the appliance due to no employees working in the warehouse. We were told we could not load it ourselves and the employees on the floor could not do it. An easy sale that would of been profitable, resulted in a no sale and us driving to a mom and pop shop. Hire people willing to do what it takes to make a sale.

Worst customer service. Very rude staff . I was going through a major renovation in my house and was referred to them by the designer and contractor i was working with wanted to purchase the appliances and chandeliers . No one from the staff greeted us even after we spent good 30 minutes at the showroom and after that we asked for help 3 times and no staff member came to help us . Eventually we walked out without a single person even asking us if we needed any help. I wonder what their attitude would be after they sell the item and even if they would ever stand behind their product. I will not recommend this place to anyone who has a self respect and dignity .

This is my 3rd time visiting the show Room and again I was not greeted or assisted at any time that I was in their store which was about an hour and 15 minutes. It appeared that all the sales people are chasing the money of anyone who was redecorating their home. The perception was that I surely couldn't afford to purchase much by myself and so all other couples were attended to Before & After I arrived. I left the show Room without being assisted or even acknowledged by any employee including the greeters at the front door. This will be my last time that I ever step foot in this store and I will continue to go places that give great service such as Nebraska Furniture Mart or Furniture Mall of Kansas or Home Depot. For the record, I had at least 6 or 7 employees walk by me and never acknowledge or say any words.
