Jani-King of Kansas City has an excellent Operation of Brand Services, Valery Freyre. She does a great service with communication, meeting the customers needs, and providing assistance as soon as the customer is needing assistance. A Franchisee of Jani-King to ask for is Ricardo Dominguez. His team is capable of getting the job done. Ricardo does great at managing the porter cleaners on his staff.

I'll never forget being bullied into giving a 5 star review after only leaving a 1. “Mike” didn't like being held accountable for not fulfilling their end of the contract. There were months left but because he was made aware that we would not be re-newing he stopped sending the cleaners the day he found out even though we would be paying until the final date of the original contract. After a considerable amount of time and abbetterbunderstabding of how to do business professionally this situation has never sat well with me. I'd be doing interested parties a disservice by not warning them of the shady business practices that could potentially happen. Makes me wonder how many other dissatisfied customers were bullied out of giving an honest review or not having their contracts fulfilled. Do better Jani-King, and if Mike is no longer in the picture after this time then you're one step in the right direction.
