These guys are not professional at all. I paid 0ver $3500 for the down payment on a $10,000 job that was never started and I never received my deposit back. I have been calling this guys for over a week and not heard back. Please don’t waste your time and money. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

I would highly recommend not getting this type of gutter protection. In a gentle rain or even a medium rain it works miraculously, but you get just a little bit more than a medium rain and it runs off your roof over shoots the helmet guard and goes right down beside your house, I had mine professionally installed by another company. There was nothing wrong with the Workmanship whatsoever, but there is a huge design flaw in that type. I had to rip it all off and put another mesh type guard on my new gutters. The helmet type gutter guard does not work ?Tim T.-The other installation company refunded half of my money? and did not even pay for the significant water damage we got in our basement because of malfunctioning gutter helmets

Greg, our sales guy took the time to answer all our questions. He wasn't push but definitely made sure we knew why this system was a good option for us. Donald and Tracy, who did the install, were friendly, polite and also answered every question we had. They installed over 200 ft of guttering and completed the job in the same day. Overall, it has been a good experience for the purchase and install. It looks great and we are very pleased with how it turned out.

Gregory was friendly and informative and was very helpful. Until he wasn’t. We signed up for a free quote. That was all. We told him from the very beginning of the interaction that we were not in a position to spend the money today and we were just interested in a quote, he was in our home for 3 hours, did not leave until almost 8:30pm. And would not take no for an answer. We told him over and over again that it did not matter how low the payment would be, we just simply were not ready at this time. But we would be contacting them when we were. To which he responded “I’m not sure you will” basically calling us liars. We were open and upfront the entire interaction and he was friendly until I made it clear that he would not be getting paid tonight. He, without consent, tried to run a credit check on my husband, at this point I simply told him this was not what we agreed to, which was a quote and that the answer was no. He became very rude and hostile and angrily left. Before he got rude and unprofessional with us this company was at the top of our list for gutter replacement. No I wouldn’t recommend this company to someone I hate. For someone to come into your own home and make you feel uncomfortable is absurd and they should be shamed of themselves for trying to get customers by belittling people and making them feel uncomfortable in their own homes. Horrible.

I have very little doubt that their product is the best in the market, as I was told many many times yesterday. My issue is with the salesman that came out. He did a fantastic job telling me about the product and their warranties. On the other hand once I was told the price of 16,000, I knew for sure I would have to think about that, which my girlfriend and I had already agreed no matter the price we would have to weigh our options and pick what’s best for us. The salesman did eventually get the price down to 9,000, after telling us multiple times that “his boss is going to be pissed at me for this” but even then some thinking would have to be done on my part. We had told him probably 10 times that no matter the price we would need time to think about it. He then asked at what price we would be convinced to sign a contract, we told him if he could match a competitors price we would be more inclined to sign. He then called his boss, on speaker, in front of us and the boss only got the price down to 12,000 which is more than what the salesman offered. The salesman also made it very clear he was not interested in us making the best decision for ourselves and that he only wanted his 12% commission he receives if we sign the day of the estimate and not the 6% commission he gets if we sign at a later date. One more issue I have is that if the initial price was 16,000 and I was offered 12,000 and 9,000. If they can offer prices like that their profit margin must be astronomical but only at the expense of the buyer. Again I don’t have very much doubt their product is as good as they say, if I planned on retiring in this house maybe I would pay that much for a gutter system. Because of these reasons they will not be receiving any business from me in the near future.
