Staff is very helpful both times we went in. The warehouse is heated in the winter and they have staff on site during ALL business hours to move slabs for you to view. Other companies in the area DO NOT have heat or the staff to move slabs around on the weekends of in the afternoons.

This place is a joke. My husband and I have been looking for a specific granite for over 6 months, so we have been to several warehouses in the Kansas City area. We live 4 hours away, so I did most of my slab browsing by using each company's live inventory. We came across some slabs on the Bedrock live inventory site that we really liked so I called the company right away and told them to put 2 slabs on hold for us until we can get there. Unfortunately, none of the other granite companies/warehouses had any slabs that interested us, but we still decided to drive to KC to look at these slabs Bedrock had since we liked the picture online so well and we had been looking for what seems like forever. We drive to KC 2 weeks later, only to find out that the pictures online of their live inventory weren't the actual slabs of granite they had in stock. The color was COMPLETELY different! They blamed the online picture mishap on this secondary company that does all their online work for them and said they have been having this problem for a month now. So why didn't they mention that to me in the first place when I called and told them I found some slabs online and I would like to place them on hold? When we actually got to the warehouse, the girl that first helped me was no help at all. She was so confused on the situation and left my husband and I standing in the warehouse for at least 45 minutes until they could get their ducks in a row. Some manager guy came to us and apologized but offered no compensation for our time, gas, etc. My husband had to take off a whole days work and we had over $100 in gas, all to get there so they could tell us that the picture that was uploaded was wrong? Screw this place. They will never get a dime or another minute from me! Not to mention, Bedrock has so many slabs in such a small space that it's really hard to view the slab and see the different colors. MSI International's staff is so much more friendly. They actually know what they are talking about and want to help you find something you love. Highly recommend them!
