I worked at Bayer construction. I was only there for 2 weeks before being terminated from the job. The company is good to work for and the benefits are good. If you get a job at Bayer construction watch out for a guy named Phil. He runs or watches over the crews. He has a real slick mouth and the way he talks to people is not right. So whatever you do if you work for Bayer construction try not to punch Phil in his mouth.
