Appliance 911 was recommended by my father after my washing machine stopped working correctly. Less than 24 hours after my initial request on their website, Alex had come to my home, assessed and found the problem within minutes. My agitator was no longer spinning and was moving freely which shouldn't happen. Alex then directed me to the new agitator I would need online and rather than charge me for a DIY fix I can do, he showed up how to install the new part once it arrives. Alex was very honest, knowledgeable and definitely made me feel happy about calling appliance 911. Highly recommended
Mat is the real deal!! He has the 3 P’s…Polite, personable, prompt! I was nervous in the beginning that I would have to buy a brand new washer, but Mat took immediate action to solve the problem and assured me that Appliance 911 could fix it and they did!! Go Mat!!

I would definitely recommended Appliance 911. I felt they worked with me to come up with the best solution. Diego was great! He didn’t pressure me to make a quick decision.

The technician was polite, knowledgeable, quick and efficient. He diagnosed my issue, (needing freon) immediately and within 10 - 15 minutes had everything working perfectly. Will definitely recommend this company in the future and i am now a life long customer.

Submitted a request online at 11pm and Appliance 911 Repair was out by 3pm the next day to fix my dryer. Alexis had all the parts in his van and fixed the problem quickly. When I have future appliance repair needs I'll definitely be using this company again!

My technician, Diego, was on top of his game. He got to the root of the problem and fixed my refrigerator quickly and efficiently and for a great price. He didnt try to sell me anything extra that i didnt need either. This fix was waaaaay cheaper than I was expecting. I had never heard of Appliance 911 before yesterday, i just picked a random company on the internet and man am I glad I picked these guys. Highly recommend. If I need any appliance fixed in the future, I know who to call. Thanks again, Diego.

Called Saturday and tech was here Monday afternoon. Said new part would be $300 plus. Diego showed us how to use washer without buying the part. Thank you! He was very professional and informative. Hope I don’t need them again, but if we need house appliance repairs, Appliances 911 is the one I will call.

While I didn't end up using this company, I definitely will when the need arises. I was working with Diego on my dryer problem. Its an older dryer and Diego was very up front and honest with the price of the parts and labor. It makes more sense to get a new dryer at this point. I am grateful that Diego wasn't trying to push his service on me and spend money unnecessarily. Great experience and very helpful.

We left a message at 10:30 pm stating that our furnace was not working. Before 9 am a service call was set up and before noon the technician was here. Our furnace was quickly repaired at a reasonable price. The technician was knowledgeable and efficient.
I am editing this review. Today was the third time we have used Arrow Appliance repair and once again, we were not disappointed! The quality of service is beyond expectations. Service was quickly scheduled and on time. Justin is very professional , knowledgeable, courteous, and someone I would trust with my house key! This was his second visit to address 2 separate issues we have had with our ice maker and each time he diagnosed the problem and had the repair done in record time. We aren’t hoping for another appliance repair, but if one arises, we will be calling them.
