Chuck and Andrew and Jon were very professional, cleaning up before by putting down tarp type material to walk on and vacuuming after all through. I was in awe at the results of my new shower. Everything was finished in such a clean line. I didn't know caulking could be so cleanly applied. I know this sounds over the moon but I am so pleased and can't wait to use my new shower. I liked the quality of the grab bars and the magnetic hand held. They are of a very good quality. Thank you so much for my perfect shower.

Excellent service. Beautiful work. Sam was very kind and was exceptional in handling the complete installation. His two aids (John & Andrew) who assisted him in the installation were also very cooperative and hard working. I appreciate how they handled this project and will look forward to using them in future projects. Thank you Mad City!

Justin white was my installer for my shower. Was verry meticulous and clean. Showed me the steps throughout the process. Also answered all my question. Cleaned up so good there was no mess when he left.Would recommend him to family and friend anytime. Thanks mad city.

Our 1 day shower install done by Mad City was terrific!!! From the tearing out of the old tub and shower to the completion of the new shower the work that was done couldn't have been better. Upon completion the workers cleaned up everything and left it spotless. We are very pleased with Mad City and will consider them for any future projects!

I would like to give a shout out to Mad City Windows and Bath especially to the installers Chuck and Blake. The Customer Service from quote, sale and install was exceptional. However Chuck and Blake showed excellent workmanship with the install. The installation was done to perfection. They were friendly, thorough, helpful with suggestions and explanations and also demonstrated pride in their work. I love my new shower and would recommend this company to anyone for future work. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

I wanted a white kitchen since we moved in to this house 10 years ago. Thanks to Mad City and Ethan and his crew my dream has come true. The white facing on my 20 year old cabinets make them look like new, brighten up the room, and are even soft closing! They worked at containing any dust and protected the counter tops and flooring and they even cleaned up when finished. I am truly impressed! Thank you Mad City!

We had our master bath redone and Matt did a great job. Got in and all done in one day. Matt was great nice and very respectful of our house and space by keeping things clean and even kept the noise respectful down since we both worked from home. We appreciate the care he took with everything. We are looking forward to enjoy the new space we will have in this new shower. We had old 30 year old fiberglass insert and took so much space.

Sam and his assistant Blake were fabulous! We had a more difficult shower install due to some plumbing that had to be reworked under a cement floor, and they did it all with a smile. I was kept informed through every step, and the results are just beautiful. I have been extremely impressed with every person I have spoken with at this company - everyone has been so courteous and helpful. I highly recommend Mad City!

Installers We’re on time and efficient and professional. Did excellent job installing the cabinets I requested. They look beautiful and they function fantastically. I will have them do more cabinets for me in the future.

What a pleasant experience this was. Alex Lee came out today to complete my kitchen job; several doors were mismeasured somehow (I think because they had to build out a couple cabinet frames) and he made those right and installed all my handles. It looks gorgeous! He was meticulous in cleaning up after himself and couldn't have been more polite and affable. Thank you Mad City. Thank you Alex. I highly recommend both!

We had our shower redone and we absolutely love it. It took less than 2 days to tear out the old and build the new. Our in staller, Justin, showed up on time. That's always a plus. He got right to work, no messing around. Cleaned up after himself. I was amazed with the outcome. It came out so much better than I thought it would.

We had a wonderful experience with Matt Lewis. He was very professional. In making sure our carpet was protected. He brought everything in and watched the walls. Matt was very cautious about keeping our house from getting any damages. Mad City needs more people like Matt. We would recommend him to anyone to do there showers. Matt is a valuable asset to Mad City and I think if anybody deserves a raise it would be Matt . Hard working young people are hard to come by. We definitely would recommend him to our friends and family that will be viewing our brand new shower. We love our shower and it turned out exactly how we expected it too. We was very surprised to have another employee of Mad City show up to our house and his name is Dan Sorrels who is the Field Manager. He was very nice and concerned that the work was getting done to our satisfaction and if we had any complaints we could have expressed them to him. We would give him a 5 star rating as well for making us feel like we are valuable customers. We are very grateful for his time in coming by. We are very satisfied customers. ?

Editing to add Max did amazing at our shower install! My husband is a PERFECTIONIST and he was very impressed and I've never seen that happen in 13 years.. you guys are amazing!
Mike & Rome showed up right on time this morning, got right to work, and made a new window look simple! They were kind and respectful and professional. It's hard to know whose ok to have in your house when you run a child care out of it, but everyone with this company was fantastic
