Overland Concrete just replaced my driveway and front sidewalk and I couldn't be more pleased. From my first call with Marie setting up my estimate to Ivan the foreman on my project. Everyone was so knowledgeable, friendly and the attention to detail was just amazing! I was also very happy with the protection of my house and yard. They put up plastic to keep splatters off my siding, they put down plywood in the yard to limit the damage to my grass and they were very careful around my garage doors. I have been wanting to have my driveway replaced for years and finally saved up the money. I wanted colored concrete to complement my house and it looks great. My old driveway was really flat and had a pond in the middle. I couldn't be more happy with how things turned out. No more puddles ! I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a job done right!
Highly recommend. I got 3 quotes for my new patio. All were within 100 dollars of each other. I chose overland concrete based on their communication, and professionalism was very pleased with work and end result

This company is the BEST in KC! My husband and I have ran an epoxy floor coating business for the last 15+ years in the KC Metro area and this is the only company I would recommend

We chose OCC because we had a sinking driveway on a steep slope. We wanted to be sure we had the best. Marie in the office was very pleasant, responded quickly to our questions, and was on top of things throughout the project. Before the work began, she sent an informational packet that helped us understand concrete and questions to ask. Everyone was skilled, knowledgeable, hard working, courteous and informative. We talked quite a bit about what would happen; and as the project progressed, they kept us informed and involved in the changes, reasons and decisions. Ivan, who was in charge of the crew, was always good for a question and very courteous. Pat Brown, the owner, stopped by daily to inspect the work. He was very pleasant and professional to talk to. Our driveway is beautiful. It is very satisfying to have “Overland Concrete 2024” stamped on it.

Overland Concrete replaced our driveway at the end of April, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the end result. It is beautifully finished, and we’ve received many compliments from people who drive by. The initial contact was great and the detailed bid gave enough info to answer most of our initial questions. Ivan and his co-workers were courteous, hard-working, and very detail oriented. Clean-up was spot-on, not a scrap of trash or lumber left behind. It was an amazing process to watch. We are very satisfied with their work and would highly recommend Overland Concrete.

The Overland Concrete Co., Inc. did a good job on the driveway and then had to replace two slabs because they were not slanted away from my garage. After replacing the two slabs they sprayed a sealer on them. Then they sprayed something more that left a stain (see pictures). When I brought it to their attention they said they had something to spray on the stains to remove them. That only made them look worse. The gentleman said, “Oh, they’ll probably be gone in 6 months or so.” After his truck left I noticed two stains (see pictures) in the street [on top of all the concrete dust left by the original crew]. I told my wife not to pay them, but she was afraid they would place a lien on our property so she paid them anyway. Haven’t heard from them since they were paid. My friend who recommended this company said they also left stains on her driveway. I definitely would not recommend this company!

Removal and replacement of a large 3 car driveway and sidewalk. The work was completed two years ago and since not one crack has developed over that time, I decided it was time to give them the 5 Star review they deserve! I spent a lot of time reading reviews, getting estimates and looking at finished projects before deciding Overland was the cream of the crop. They told me upfront that they would not be the least expensive, but rest assured, the finished product and peace of mind is worth the extra cost. I received many positive comments from neighbors and strangers wanting to know who had done the work.

OCC just finished up a large driveway project with a drain included. They did a fantastic job from start to finish! They were thorough and detail-oriented as they reviewed the plans with us, they responded immediately to any questions, and the crew was a pleasure to talk to and observe as they worked. I was at home for most of the work and I watched the company's owner work right alongside his crew. They all took painstaking care with the project. I walked out and talked with them several times, and each time they were very friendly and willing to explain steps they were taking. Every worker seemed very knowledgeable about the process, and Pat (the owner) made sure I was happy with how things were going. The scope of the work increased somewhat after they started the project and they did not increase the price. The driveway is beautiful and the drain works perfectly. We could not be happier with the final result! We will definitely use this company again for work on our investment properties.
