I’m very impressed, and I’ve already booked the team to come back to my home next month. Friendly, efficient and eager to please! The previous post was written 2 months ago. Yesterday, I had my third visit from HSH. At first glance everything seemed fine, as it had been the first and second times. But yesterday’s cleaning was in some spots rather superficial, and I did not detect that till after the workers had left. Those spots were in the kitchen and in one of the toilets. I really prioritize cleanliness in those areas of my house. It’s a shame that that happened, so I would recommend to any other customers to check everything very thoroughly before the cleaners leave your home. I don’t like to hover over workers in my home, because I don’t want to get in their way and make them uncomfortable. If HSH gives me a discount on yesterday’s job, I’ll use them again. But if not, I guess I’ll have to look for another service. One other thing: You won’t always get the same people coming to your house, which I can understand with such a company. But it really would be helpful, because I would get to know the cleaners and how they work, and they would get to understand my expectations. Sorry to say, I have to downgrade my 5-star rating from June to only 3 stars.

Home Sweep Home does a great job cleaning my elderly mother’s apartment. They show up on time and clean her place very thoroughly and quickly. The housekeepers are professional, friendly and caring.
