We have had our pool for 3 years. Ignoring how terrible the experience of the install was, every year things are broken. This year they stopped fixing it. Our travertine is cracking everywhere. The pool features don’t work. The control box works about half the time. The app for the control box works inconsistently. They have a key employee named Terry. He is awesome. Otherwise, I’m so frustrated I made a six figure mistake with this company. Update: ownership has changed and new ownership has vowed to be here to help with issues.
