We had 18 casement windows replaced with Infinity casement windows. Midland's crew was outstanding. They were professional, courteous, and cleaned as they worked. Despite doing full frame replacements, they worked some magic in keeping the existing interior trim in place and undamaged. We're extremely pleased with the results.

I do not have enough positive things to say about Midland Exteriors…from Tom (sales) to Taylor (installation) to Jamie (owner), this company worked VERY hard on a rather difficult installation to ensure we had a competitive price and timely/clean installation of two large banks of windows. Tom was my salesperson who became my friend over the course of the project. He went FAR above and beyond the scope of his job to help me with multiple problems and challenges my unique house threw our way. He even came out to assist when windows ANOTHER COMPANY installed began to leak. He found a stucco company with tools and materials (scaffolding) to aid in the installation without needing to source from additional trades. Tom came to my rescue when installation debris affected my swimming pool. Tom was seriously a Godsend. I also have to give Taylor props for his mad installation skills! To say that Taylor was professional, skilled, knowledgeable and kind is an embarrassing understatement. He is an old soul from a bygone era who shows up on time and delivers more than expected, with a smile. I will not hesitate to use Midland Exteriors again…I just hope I don’t need to for quite a while!!!

Excellent company to do business with for the purchase and installation of our high quality Marvin Windows. Taylor did a great job with install, took his time and didn't cut corners like some nascar crew of installers that just want to get in and get out, only to deal with issues later. Not the case here. This was a solid job. The windows are great and helping a ton with our house efficiency.

Had them come out and give me a quote. The salesman was super personable and knew everything about the window industry. Once I signed the contract they told me when the windows would be made and then a general idea of when they could be installed. Everything went as planned, the super friendly installer came over and got the inside finished in one day and then did the outside portion the next day. He also cleaned up all the work areas after installing. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them.
